The hotel looks a bit dated but the rooms turn out to be well renovated and spacious as compared to other hotels which are near the train station in Japan. The breakfast is good and serves local Nagasaki's dishes for tourist to try, although it gets a bit boring after a few nights stay and pretty much the same breakfast items everyday. All in all, I would consider the hotel as valued for money factoring transportation accessibility, cleanliness and room conditions.

The New Nagasaki hotel was good on our two previous visits but has been refreshed and is now excellent. Staff were very helpful especially the Nepalese staff member, think his name is Chaphi, who was exceptional.

Loved the amazing staff and their help with booking restaurants, helping on directions and on the great room keeping. Room comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay but is quite dated, reminiscent of the 2000s. Hope they would do a facelift one day.

酒店交通方便、設施不足

酒店地點方便，在長崎站8分鐘步程，近電車站，房間整潔，但入住第一天，浴室天花板黐住兩根頭髮，翌日房間清潔後頭髪仍然在天花板，第三天仍在，酒店比較舊，不需要刷住房咭也可以上電梯到客房樓層，其餘整體來說房間舒適，設施比較少，沒有洗衣機、乾衣機設備。

Right outside the train station

The location of the hotel is excellent, right outside the train station (take a right, and there is a door by the Family Mart. No need to climb any stairs or go up on the skyway.) But the hotel is showing some wear and tear. The faucet in my sink dripped incessantly and the button on the bedside table to turn off the room lights did not work. The only way to turn off all the room lights at night was to pull the card key from the slot at the door, which unfortunately also turned off the AC. But the location was excellent.

This hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the train station so a great location for getting around. It’s also equidistant by tram from Glovers Garden in one direction and the Peace park and the museum in the other, so a perfect location. The room was big, with lovely big comfortable beds, the bathroom had a great shower with lots of hot water. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. There was a kettle, nespresso machine and fridge in the room, so a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location right next to the Amu Plaza and JR Nagasaki Station with lots of dining options and shopping. Walking distance to the Twenty-Six Martyrs Museum, St. Philip and Nakamachi Churches. Public buses and electric trams for transportation were out in front, but we chose to drive our rental car for sightseeing. Recommend studying the map and directions on the hotel's website to get to their parking garage entrance as it may be a bit confusing and challenging at first.
