素泊まりで利用しました。スタッフの方も親切で、チェックインの時、子供がぐずっているのを見て、おもちゃで機嫌をとってくれたりととても素晴らしいと思いました。 部屋も新しく綺麗で、掃除も行き届いています。 ただ、ホテルの立地が車両通行ができないところにあるのですが、事前の案内などもなかったため、ナビ通りに行ってしまって歩行者に怒られながら車を移動させる羽目に遭いました。私たち以外にも同様にホテル前までクルマで来てしまって、立ち往生している車が何台もありました。もっと分かりやすく事前案内してほしかったです。

Terrific location close to great shopping, interesting restaurants & attractions of interest. The food quality of the breakfast served is of a high standard. The onsen is also excellent, especially having an outdoor hot pool; wonderful to relax after a long day starring up at the night sky! Very clean room and the images on hotels.com were accurate in person. Enjoyed the onsen and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was best aspect of this hotel, it being in the centre on china town and close to all the tourist attractions.
