【総評】 客室の清潔さと静けさは優れていたものの、スタッフの冷淡な対応や不親切な案内、おもてなしの不足が目立つ滞在となりました。 【主な問題点】 〇接客・案内 ➡　電話・対面ともに男性スタッフの対応が冷淡で機械的（お役所対応）。 ➡　駐車場の有無を尋ねた際の威圧的な言い方や、事前の説明不足（大浴場の利用法やタオル有無など）が目立った。 〇設備・サービス ➡　客室にウェルカムドリンクやミネラルウォーターがなく、冷蔵庫の製氷機能も不十分。 ➡　営業していると期待した喫茶店のモーニングが休業だった。 【良かった点】 清掃が行き届いており、ゴミ一つない清潔な空間だった。 防音性が優れている（あるいは周囲が静かで）、物音がほとんど聞こえず快適だった。

ライブに参加するために家族で利用しました。 お部屋も綺麗に掃除してあり、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 大浴場があり、ゆっくりと足を伸ばしてお風呂に入る事ができて大満足！ただ、脱衣場が狭くてロッカーの数も少ないので、お風呂待ちしました。朝風呂もやってたので、夜と朝2回もお風呂に入ってスッキリしました。ゆっくり疲れを取ることができました。 提携駐車があるといいな。
