Everything was excellent. Good thing is it's only 1 km away from the airport.

The apartment was very clean, the gardens well kept,the pool nice and clean,it's small and at the time I was there the out door furniture was nil,I was told that it would be there very soon.They are waiting on a cafe/ bar to be up and running which would be great. Reshme was so lovely and helpful at all times,I would be very happy to stay again,and look forward to seeing Reshme's smiling face.

The place was quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean and okay. Not many channels to select from and slow internet access..was dropping out all the time.

Very bad experience. Won’t go there anymore. 1. Location is bad. Very far from the airport. 20 mins walking, $10 for shuttle taxi. No free shuttle bus. 2. Bad cleanliness. Dirty towel and sheet. 3. Poor quality of bed linen. Pillow and blanket are not comfy at all. 4. Poor air conditioning. Some bedrooms don’t have air conditioner. And air conditioners are very old, which make a very very loud noise while the living room couldn’t get cool for at least 1 hour. 5. All people in my group couldn’t sleep at night at all due to uncomfortable bed, room temperature and noisy. 6. Reception is in a tiny room. Only two chairs available for seat , while there are four people in my group though. We were very hot and tired after 20 mins walking from the airport in the afternoon. Had to squeezing in a tiny room with only two available chairs for like 20 mins for check-in. Also, check in was a very long process. Need to fill in forms. One form for one apartment. I booked two apartments so have to fill in two forms. Overall, very bad experience, won’t go there anymore. Maybe won’t go Fiji anymore.

The place itself is ok, clean. However finding it is another story. It is just by luck we actually found it. There are no signs, driving there it looks like you are in some third world country ... honestly. It's disgusting outside, down some dodgy, littered road. There only explanation was they are new?? And the air conditioner struggled to perform in the hot weather.

We reported the aircon, the aircon just came, stood there and looked at the aircon. Without saying anything, he took off for good. He told one of our visitor that the room should never been used. Our bathroom has been flooded from day 1. The washing machine was flooded by the previous guest, we were told. The flood went to the kitchen. We had been walking on flooded towels till the morning we left Otherwise, it should be alright. The kitchen was space enough for a small family, a couple and 2 children. I love it bcoz it is close to the airport and also love the bedroom. It has everything that a small family needs. Their was no one in the office to drop the key off when checking out. It is a good budget accomodation. But please ensure that all maintenances are attended to before the next guest. I guessed we were just unfortunate. The house keepers were good as they maintained the room at high standard.

Fabulous property just unfortunate there no communication made prior to our arrival that they had no power. As a travelling family with young children it would have been courteous to notify your customers. However, the property itself was clean and had everything you needed under normal circumstances.

The apartments were clean and tidy. But there were many lizards over the walls inside the apartment. Please do NOT use the taxi services provided by them. They charge you exorbitantly. We took their taxi service from the apartment to Airport Post Office and then to Airport (not more than 4 kms) and the driver charged FGD 30.

Very unhappy with our stay here. We where supposed to stay for 6 nights but checked out after 2 and went home early. The beds are soooo hard...The sheets on our bed where dirty. We had a dead bug in our shower. The shower pressure once the Hot water was turned on wasnt enough to wet you. The pool had no drainage area which made the tiles around the pool super slippery. Very dangerous for kids. Couldnt even walk without slipping over. My son smipped over ans the staff laughed at him. No where for our kids to play and not very kid friendly. The area around the apartment was not nice at all! The staff arw not friendly or welcoming. When we contacted to Director to inform him about our concerns he was rude and arrogant. There was no reason with him and he didnt listen or believe anything we told him. When i asked if we could have a few nights refunded as we where now out of pocket nearly 2 thousand dollars for change of flight and what we paid to stay there. I was told no i would not get a refund and nothing is for free. We paid our accomodation in full we didnt want to leave early but has no other choice as we could not stay there. Very disappointing wnd to pur holiday! I would not reccomend this place.

Nadi airport apartment is close to the airport and provides airport pickup and drop off, can be arranged prior to arrival! Ok to stay as an overnight stop! Had a small pool but not used by guest..looked like a water feature! Did not have running tap water for shower, staff supplied us with buckets of water! Still needs maintenance sorted. Helpful friendly staff
