The room was clean with fully stocked kitchen. Pots, bowls, utensils, etc. the view of the ocean was so cute and serene. Clean sheets and bathrooms. The area was quiet, it was an amazing spot for a weekend get away. 10/10 would go again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sands Beach Club. They could use some new lounge chairs around the outside pool which is just outside the indoor pool. We didn't use the grills but the gas grills are a great idea. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We absolutely LOVED this place. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the essentials. However, the tile around the bathroom (near the kitchen) was cracked and the toilet knob was chipped in the bathroom (in the bedroom). The floor needed to be swept, but it wasn't too bad. The cons are just minor issues in my opinion. This was a great place to stay our ONLY issue was we wasn't able to get Ocean Front. They were all full, but we did have Ocean View. I have an adult daughter with special needs who is in a wheelchair. So, I haven't been on vacation in over 20 years. I had to have a medical package delivered and it was placed in a locker across from the office. To say I was pleasantly surprised with the accomodations...I was! The place was very nice, clean, the staff and other visitors were very nice. We would definitedly book to stay again!!!

The view was awesome. The room needs to been more updated example the curtain was so pld, the telephone was from 1990. The room overall was okay. I may visit the resort again.

The private beach was great. Pool areas well maintained. Great food at restaurant on property. Appreciated having enough towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap. Poor communication from office. Condo floor was filthy when we arrived. Cheapest toilet paper. Stove drawer and contents were filthy. Hinges on master toilet seat covered in urine. Both showers in need of new caulk. Worst thing was the painters working directly outside out door. Overall I'd give it 8 out of 10, and would likely go back, taking our own cleaning supplies.

The kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean. The living room furniture was filthy. We used the extra sheets to cover the sofa and chairs so that they would be usable. The unit needs a deep cleaning.

The room was very nice and as advertised. Beach access was very easy. The view from the balcony was amazing. There were a few minor irritation: the coffee pot required coffee filters which were not provided. I had to go to three stores to find them. I later mentioned this at the front desk and they said that they had a stash of coffee filters that we could’ve had if we had just asked. It would be nice if they let people know about this in advance. Likewise things like salt pepper and sugar are not in the room and again it would be nice to know this in advance. The door to the balcony off of the living room was screwed shut and would not open. Finally the fitted sheets did not fit the beds both the King and twin beds had the fitted sheets coming off every night. Other than these things it was a beautiful comfortable room and we would definitely stay there again.
