"The hotel is at a great location, walking distance to many attractions and shopping. However, it lacked basic amenities such as ice machines. The staff were not were not responsive at the beginning. "The ondol room was THE BEST--it was HUGE, had two bathrooms, and was a great place for members of our group to meet up and talk about our plans for the day! We checked in and and out of this hotel several times as we traveled around South Korea (so I had the opportunity to experience several types of their rooms on different floors), and the hotel's location made it the PERFECT home base for many adventures. We were right across the street from the night market where it was easy to grab food and just steps away from a major metro station that was just a few stops from Seoul Station. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you so very much for making our trip very comfortable and fun!"
