"Room seriously needed an update. Hand held shower in the tub is poor in this day and age. Food was good - had dinner both days and was well presented and tasty. Staff were very polite and efficient!"

But we felt it was dated and tired and the hotel deserved better........We would definitely consider returning, the staff were great ambassadors for WALES."
