"Great daily housekeeping. Breakfast selection was good and staff was friendly. Air conditioning was turned off and had to open window…. not always great due to noise."

"Great location, staff very friendly and approachable for questions. Managed to check in before 3pm which was helpful although no issues with leaving luggage at hotel while waiting."

"Very poor lighting in the room. Felt like a cave. I neefed my phone flashlight to find things."

"This is overall a fantastic hotel and is probably in the best location in town. The staff are overall great, but there were a few hiccups. First, we had asked that the room be cleaned and also because we needed supplies replenished (for example, toilet paper), and they did not. Another miss was that we had ordered room service breakfast the morning of an activity we had planned externally. We waited and then called the room service line, and they told us that they never received the order after we placed it. This was a bit upsetting in the moment. There are definitely opportunities for improvement."
