"everything was perfect and top-notch. we had an issue with a cancelled flight, called the hotel and were assured we would be taken care of upon arrival. The lobby was a treasure and felt very home-like. excellent coffee, breakfast and a welcome drink. The room was spotless and everything necessary was provided. The desk and lobby staffers were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again sometime. "

The breakfast was good but did notice that only some of the hot food was under lamps so some wasn't very warm, the staff were very friendly and helful and the food quality was good, the food in the bar good and reasonably priced, we had a lovely stay and would stay again if...

"Surprisingly very good! Great location, about 2 stops on the metro to central. Really good little shops, including supermarkets, coffee shops and vintage stores surrounding. Always clean, staff friendly and willing to help. "

"What we like the most about this hotel is the size of the room, it’s generous size if comparing with other 3 stars hotels. Location wise is brilliant and in walking distance approx 15-18mins to those canals (if you like to walk). But what I dislike this hotel is the house keeping services that they don’t provide room cleaning daily, house keepers only came to clean the toilets and changed the fresh towels daily. However, I still recommend to stay here if you visit Amsterdam."

A localização é boa, retém transporte perto e dá para ir a pé tranquilamente ao centro histórico, cerca de 25 min. Por fim, a área comum é bem bonita e tudo é novo e conservado. Eu voltaria à hospedagem. "

"The hotel was lovely. The bar was super nice and the staff there were very helpful and so kind. The gentleman with the Australian accent was phenomenal (I didn’t catch his name). The reception staff were so sweet to us. We were on our honeymoon and they sent up a lovely hand written card congratulating us and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. So sweet. The hotel itself is in an excellent location and within walking distance to tons of stuff and is also right across from Central Station and canal...

"About 10 minutes walk from main train station. Friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool and gym area in basement. Convenient with walking distance to many restaurants and interesting locations. Spacious room. Bed okay, hot water pressure okay. Toilet door not lockable in room. Big desk, perfect for work with laptop. Slow elevator. A bit Pricey as many other hotels in Amsterdam. I guess you pay for the location. "
