"Everything about this hotel was amazing. We had some trouble with our booking and they were extremely accommodating. The rooms and lobby were gorgeous and the staff extremely attentive. We were there in a heat wave and the AC was amazing."

"Staff was absolutely amazing. Bar and restaurant was great. Please be mindful that the building is historic and does not have AC. It was quite brutal during a heat wave. However a small desk fan was provided, staff and location made up for the heat. Would definitely stay at this property at a different time of the year again."

"Location is great. Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised. Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."
