In its day, this villa/hotel would probably have been five star accommodation. However, due to its age the walls are very thin. Ours was ann adjoining room, despite the back door was locked, the sound travelled like the wall was made of paper so all human noises were heard! Not pleasant. The buffet breakfast was very good.

È stata semplicemente una tappa per spezzare il viaggio in un'altra destinazione quindi la mia è un'informazione neutra che non può essere molto di aiuto Complessivamente posso dire che la struttura è curata nello stile che lo contraddistingue, le stoffe i tendaggi e le carte da parati sono in armonia con i mobili ma le camere hanno la moquette( attira acari) La camera tripla era abbastanza comoda, il bagno aveva la jacuzzi non funzionante. Avevano detto che la reception fosse aperta fino alle 23.30 ma alle 21.30 non c'era più nessuno,fortuna che ci avevano dato cautelativamente la chiave d'ingresso

L'hotel dispone di una buona struttura con potenzialità, anche se vari aspetti lasciano intuire che negli ultimi anni non sono stati effettuati gli interventi necessari per mantenerla agli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un quattro stelle. Questo aspetto sarebbe - temporaneamente - accettabile a fronte di un servizio particolarmente attento e curato. Purtroppo il personale è apparso talvolta poco esperto e anche poco guidato.

Fácil de estacionar. Hotel muito bom e luxuoso. Unico detalhe que a água do banheiro do nosso quarto demorou muito a esquentar e o chuveiro não condizia com o restante do hotel.

O hotel é uma delícia e o quarto é muito confortável e bem grande. Gostei muito. A única desvantagem é que o hotel não possui restaurante. Para jantar temos que pegar o carro. A Sara que nos atendeu é gentilíssima e super prestativa. Uma simpatia.

Hotelaufenthalt Villa Palma

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht.Das Personal ist super lieb und zuvorkommend .Alles perfekt .Unsere Tochter hatte während des Aufenthalts Geburtstag Das Hotelpersonal hat uns eine wunderschöne Torte aus einer Patisserie vor Ort besorgt .Wir haben uns sehr wohl.gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder .Auch der Service beim Frühstück war ausgezeichnetTolle Einrichtung und Anwesen Wir wünschen Euch noch viele nette Gäste und von Herzen viel Erfolg Liebe Grüße Melanie und Familie

Die Architektur, das Ambiente und die Zimmer sind großzügig und individuell eingerichtet. Alles im Neo-Barock, Wems gefällt!? Wir empfanden es nicht aufdringlich. Qualität steht im Vordergrund. Personal außerordentlich freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück liegt weit hinter dem Standard. Keine Abwechslung, Büffet oft abgegessen und ideenlos. Hier übernachten überwiegend reisende Handelsvertreter, wer um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, hat häufig das Nachsehen. Trotzdem: Wir würden hier wieder buchen, weil es ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt ist und der räumliche Komfort überzeugt!
