Great location, very comfortable

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. It was quiet and there is a Cracker Barrel less than a block away. It was a perfect stop along or road trip.

Our stay was amazing! We will be back . The saltwater pool was very relaxing. The breakfast was amazing & had a lot of good choices. Staff was VERY friendly. The first thing that impressed me when we checked in at 7pm was the clean smell. The cleanliness was amazing the entire stay, it didn’t not matter what time of day it was!

The hotel is nice but the lobby has a funky odor to it. It dodnt permeate into the room on the 2nd floor.but walking into it it was unpleasant

I have been traveling weekly for 4yrs, this hotel had mold in shower, food left in refrigerator and because i used expedia and paid expedia.....they charged me a $186 deposit instead of $50. DO BETTER IHG

Very RUDE

When I selected this hotel I selected pay at hotel; when I checked in they charged me twice, the nice young gentleman was trying to help with it but ended up charging me a third time. I went back down the next morning and the lady at the counter kept dismissing me and telling me there was no one here to help me. To check back next morning with the manager. Next morning it was same lady and when I asked for manager she got mad and said she wasn’t here. The young lady was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and tried yelling at me with a lobby full of people saying for me to go away I was giving her anxiety. Will never stay again as long as she is there. Still trying to get them to fix my bank account.
