I had a nice room with a king bed. The mattress was firm like I like it. The main room area was clean. The gigantic TV is nicely placed for viewing. My major issue was the cleanliness of the shower. Dark hair was on the walls of the shower. The shower head does not detach to wash them away. The water in the hotel is hard.

We enjoyed that we were able to park the car get a hotel and not leave the casino until we are ready to leave at the end of our vacation. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very courteous and the food was pretty good. If we had only hit the jackpot, it would’ve been a perfect vacation.

It was a beautiful property and very helpful staff. The only things we didn’t like was the fact that the mini fridge didn’t get very cold, and that we could only change the temp in the room and not the fan settings. We found that it didn’t get as cold as we wanted.

The property was exceptionally clean. The rooms were very nice, but it’s quite out of the way from the University of Arkansas, which is where I was visiting. However, if you’re looking for a nice place to stay, it definitely meets the criteria.
