"Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless"
"Very convenient location in the heart of the city and just a 2 minute walk from Central Train Station. Modern facility with very clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast buffet option."
"Fantastic location. Perfect for exploring the city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. Main attractions are minutes away walking. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I will stay again if in Brussels. "
