"It was a comfortable room, very clean and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was small, not enough space, but it was comfortable for 2 people. The location is excellent as we just walked to main spots of the city. I will recommend for the price and convenience."

"Airport shuttle was good to have. Breakfast was great. A shame they didn’t advertise the roof top bar & restaurant as we only found it on the last night. Staff very helpful"

"Excelente lugar para hospedarse cerca del zocalo. Habitación muy limpia, cómoda y confortable, 100% recomendado"

"Nice staff, clean, Location Location Location"

"You can’t give enough compliments to this hotel and team. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and it was remarkably clean. The location was perfect as my wife and I were there for Dia de los muertos and the F1 events. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced and again the staff were quick and friendly. It would be difficult to stay anywhere else if we visit again!"

"We loved our room (presidential suite) and the history of the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were amazing, breakfast was also very good. The location is very convenient for everything to do around the zocalo."

"Our recent stay at Punta Alameda could not have been more wonderful. Our family of 5 adults visited Mexico City from Los Angeles for a week of Día de Muertos celebrations and the Mexico Grand Prix and the hotel was in a perfect location - walkable to almost everything (the Zocalo, Plaza de la Reforma, Bellas Artes, Roma Norte & Condesa, Templo Mayor etc etc) but also quiet, tucked away in a very safe feeling mixed commercial & residential area. Tons of great restaurants all around (we especially...

"Lovely boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. I highly recommend it if one wants a quiet refuge close to the sights in the Centro district."

"Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...
