"Specifically, Hyatt hotels never disappoint my family. As far as my family is concerned, Park Hyatt Saigon is probably one of the best we've ever stayed in. Being first timers to Ho Chi Minh city, we were privileged to enjoy friendly, professional and attentive staff from check-in till -out. The pool was amazing and poolside staff's awareness of our needs was very good. The area(s) around the hotel were very attractive and are well within walking distance for dining and shopping. First class service, the spa, the around the clock access to the wellness facilities, amazing dining, stunning decor, and incredible location. The Reverie was recommended to us from a few frequent flyers and lived up to all expectations. We also did the champagne Bentley city tour which was fun, comfortable, informative and accommodating.
