I really enjoyed the service and helpfulness from the staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were very clean, bathroom was very nice and clean. The area that it’s located in was very central to a lot of the tourist attractions. Amazing stay!

Love the stay at this property, mainly due to its convenience as it is right in the middle of district 1, and all the major attractions. Most of it is within a 15 minute walk from this hotel, so it is very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy, the rooms in bathrooms were sufficiently equipped. Breakfast buffet at fresh food, however some of the selections weren't as vast. I enjoyed it. Staff work extremely polite and helpful, rooms were cleaned every day and Less asked not to do so.

This property was not what we expected it to be. Felt like a low budget, dated guest house/room. I had been on a South Asia tour and stayed in various hotels in different cities and countries. This was by far the worst of our stays. Good thing our stay was very short.

The room was clean and everything worked fine. What we didn't know what that at 7am, there would be non stop drilling and construction work. It was extremely loud and felt like it was coming from the room next door. There was also no window so the room felt a little damp and the hallways smelt strongly of cigarettes.

I accidentally broke a glass in the restaurant at breakfast and they charged me 120,000 VND for it which I thought unnecessary. The glass was on the table holding serviettes.
