"We were stopped by security every time we entered the hotel, while other guests around us weren’t. It left us feeling like we were being judged based on our appearance, as if we didn’t look like we could afford to stay there. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated by security, I wouldn’t book this hotel again."

"Overall I liked my stay here, the staff was helpful and receptive. I enjoyed the breakfast options. However, it started out on a bad note due to cleanliness of my first room which was stuffy and smelled like someone smoked, with a sticky night table. Second room assignment had an obvious drain issue with the stopper pulled out and a plunger in the shower. The third room was fine and I was glad of that because it was a long day traveling to Berlin. I would stay here again because of its location, breakfast and nice staff."

"Clean, comfortable room, all you need for a city stay. Good breakfast selection. On site bar and snacks makes it easy to meet others in the lobby lounge. Friendly staff. Close to Alexanderplatz and the S-Bahn station."

"4/5 rating. Good: Staff, Breakfast, Room Size, Location, Clean rooms Bad: Shower gradient incorrectly constructed = bathroom kept getting flooded. Lounge Bar very cosy but no one ever was at the bar to serve drinks so pointless Bottle of water in the room but no bottle opener to open One elevator only so a lot of waiting Carpets stained all over the hotel so common parts a bit dirty Hotel staff are doing the best they can so I salute them. Hotel owners probably need to spend some Capex on the hotel to bring it up to standard."

"The hotel is in the middle of everything, very accessible for public transport, shops, restaurants and many more. Staff are very nice from day one to our check out. Food in the hotel not that good in a Radisson hotel. And another thing negative minor comment from us was emptied hand towels and emptied shower gel which unlikely strange to a Radisson because I am a Radisson booker myself. It was not really a concern to us because we brought our own shower gel but ofcourse my concern for those costumers who didn't brought shower gel themselves. But still I would highly recommend this hotel for some other reasons."
