"Fantastic location, beautiful hotel with great staff "

"A truly great hotel with an unbeatable location in Cusco. But the absolute highlight is the team: the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You feel perfectly taken care of right from the start. The only minor quirk is that they lock the front door quite early in the evening, meaning you have to wake someone up if you come back late at night. However, because the staff is so warm and welcoming even then, you really don't mind it at all. Highly recommended!"

"This is a great hotel that is clean and equipped with all you need for your stay in Cusco. Every single member of the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful! The breakfast included a made-to-order omelette + the small, but ample buffet. I had dinner there on my last night and that was delicious too. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays."

"The staff were great and the location was perfect. The food in the hotel was always quick and met my needs. Now the cons, the bed was very firm. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. Cusco itself is chilly in the morning so i expected some type of heating but none were available. The washroom was outside of my room and i found it a bit uncomfortable to use it. The layout of the horel is nice but it is fairly old. Still i found it good due to the atmosphere and staff."

"Lovely property in the old town Cusco and close walk to the square and everything old town cusco has to offer. Our room was comfortable and everything worked. Hot tea was available in the courtyard and breakfast was reasonable. Its a beautiful property. Our biggest complaint is that the people in the room above us were very loud for our entire stay...sounded like they were constantly moving furniture or dragging suitcases or jumping around up there which made it a bit difficult to sleep. ...

"The location is perfect! Easy to find a good restaurant, good cafe, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated but there were many pubs and bars around the hotel. You'll hear the very loud noise until 4-5 am on a weekend night. And If you had bad luck get the room on the 1st floor located near the common area. Another guest will wake you up by a very loud noise by chatting with others since 5 am. However, I love the hotel staff very much. They were so kind, very helpful and super friendly. "

"This is not called katary plaza is called el virrey boutique and it is right across the cathedral. It is on portal comercio 165. There is a bit of confusion with this.The hotel is excellent. No elevator but they help you with the suitcases. Great full breakfast included, surrounded by restaurants and shops. In the plaza they offer walking city tours ( includes a lot of up and down stairs) hair dryer can be borrowed from the front desk which is manned 24/7. Very clean, hot water and great wifi. A...

"A lovely, charming place to stay, right in the middle of the Historic District of Cusco. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff goes out of its way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend it."

"I had such a great experience! Amazing location for the higher viewpoints, while only being 5 minutes from the main plaza. I had a very warm welcome and they were super friendly. It was mostly quiet and the beds were the comfiest I’ve had in Peru so far. Breakfast was nice light but filling items so you don’t feel sick in the morning at this altitude. They even let me stay and use the kitchen and lounging area and bathrooms for a few hours while I waited for my flight ! They’ll hold your bags...
