"Tivemos uma experiência não tão boa quanto achávamos que teríamos! Trocaram nosso quarto previamente reservado e sabido por outro. "Great hotel with clean rooms, updated decor, friendly staff. It’s 10 min walk from the main plaza. This place was perfect for our week long stay in Cusco. Breakfast was tasty with great options. The only con would be that it’s not well insulated to noise so sometimes the road sound was a little loud for sleeping. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"The room was ok but had no sink per the description when booking. Note that there is no water in the evenings after around 10 pm until 4 am. Room was clean and bathrooms were less clean. Showers had hot water and the beds had warm blankets which is needed in winter time. The hotel is located very close to the bar street which is pretty loud in the evenings. "

"We had a smooth checkin and checkout experience. The hotel and the room was very clean. At the time of checking in, we mentioned we had a flight to catch early in the morning and we won’t be having breakfast from the hotel due to that. They were very thoughtful and gave us a breakfast to go when we checkout out early in the morning. "

"We stayed at this comfortable hotel after our train trip back to Cusco from Machu Picchu. They were very accommodating in that we dropped our luggage off before taking the train to Machu Picchu and it was waiting for us upon our return and checkin. The close proximity to San Pedro train station so you can walk right to the hotel. "

"Overall great experience. Wonderful staff, amazing breakfasts, comfy beds and accommodations. It was a little noisy at nights with dogs barking (I think there were dogs somewhere in the actual hotel!) and street noise as the windows open to the street on some sides and have very little insulation. The showers were just OK and sometimes also ran out of hot water. The drinking water station needs refilled more frequently, it was consistently empty when we needed to fill bladders or bottles."

"Location is a bit far from Plaza de Armas, where all the restaurants and action is. You could take Uber which would be very cheap and worth the savings for the hotel. Breakfast is included and wifi was great. They had a water station as well. Front desk staff was not in the best of moods, probably one of the colder exchanges I've had in all of Peru, but bang for buck this place is not bad. Just not close to anything"
