The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... "Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located in the heart of Cusco. The staff was very helpful and very considerate. Drawback of the location though: our room would get pretty noisy in the evening, and while I don’t believe there was a bar in the direct vicinity of the hotel; we could hear a constant muffled music noise - up until 1am during the week and up until 5am starting Friday. Which can be very annoying if you are sensitive to noise. "

"Hotel was overall very nice compared to other locations in Lima. It’s situated in a convenient area of Lima with a metro station in front. The room was nice. Though the sound of traffic is loud, though that’s the same throughout Lima. The floor of the rooms could be cleaner though. Definitely still our favorite property in Lima so far."

"The beds were great. Quality sheets and clean rooms. I liked their filtered water system because then you could get as much as you wanted. The coffee machine in the room was good too.
