Great location and nice rooms! We double booked for our primary stay in Cusco and for a one night stay after returning from our multi day Machu Picchu trek. Great staff and very accommodating! We had a very lovely stay!

This place is really GREAT! the Lobby and room are full of furniture with an at HOME feel. our room was on the third floor with a great view and small deck to sit out on at night or early morning. Breakfast was fantastic! And most all the high point to walk to are just 10 minutes away!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage and we were able to check in early. The front desk attendant gave us great information and helped us make tea to help with the altitude acclimation, as well as informing us on the benefits of each kind of tea. The breakfast was also made fresh every morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a building built in the 1800s I believe. It was in excellent condition. The staff were so helpful. They made a breakfast to go even though we had to be at the airport at 5:00 in the morning. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner! Many places only have shampoo. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel was beautiful!

We had such a great stay here. The location is fantastic—close to shops, bakeries, restaurants, and laundry, with a convenience store right beside the hotel for grabbing water and snacks. The staff were incredibly accommodating. We had an early morning tour pickup and requested our breakfast to go, which they happily prepared for us. There’s also hot coca tea and tea available in the lobby, which was such a nice touch. Our room was HUGE, the beds were super comfortable, and everything made for an easy, relaxing stay. Great location, comfortable rooms, thoughtful service—seriously, stop searching and book this hotel!

This boutique hotel is definitely quite unique in term of decor. The comforter is probably the softest I have felt in hotels. Though the rooms are not very soundproof and my room had window with exterior street view. The breakfast staff were very helpful making eggs to order.

Very spacious room for me and my friends. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Fantastic blackout curtains. Very central area that we were able to walk to everything. The staff were very helpful and they even stored our luggage for free while we went on our 4 day Machu Picchu trek. Amazing! Would highly recommend staying here!

My stay at this hotel was truly special, not only because of the beautiful hotel itself, but because of the wonderful experience I was able to share with my grandparents. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to us, and they made my abuelos feel especially comfortable and well taken care of. Seeing them enjoy the atmosphere and receive such warm treatment made the stay even more meaningful for me. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location was perfect for enjoying Cusco. But what I will remember most is the warmth of the people and the little details that made us feel at home. Traveling with my grandparents and creating these memories together was something very special, and this hotel became part of that beautiful experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco, especially if you are traveling with family. I would happily come back again.

We had a phenomenal stay at Casona Corrales! We stayed here for multiple chunks of time as we left for excursions (Salkantay Trek and Amazon Jungle excursion in between). This is a beautiful and cozy place nestled in the heart of Cusco. The rooms were extremely nice and all of the staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to help whether it was stowing luggage, ensuring we got breakfast even on the go, and making sure we made it to and from the airport. I am so happy we chose to stay here during our time in Cusco and I will warmly recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting in the near future!!
