"We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we had an excellent time Our room was large, spacious and clean. My favorite part was definitely the bed. It was so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and resting in it each night. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the main attractions such as the market and the main square. Breakfast was good as well. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. "

"The staff were great and the location was perfect. The food in the hotel was always quick and met my needs. Now the cons, the bed was very firm. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. Cusco itself is chilly in the morning so i expected some type of heating but none were available. The washroom was outside of my room and i found it a bit uncomfortable to use it. The layout of the horel is nice but it is fairly old. Still i found it good due to the atmosphere and staff."

"My stay. Here was absolutely wonderful. The staff the cleanliness. The Location to the Plaza Armas. I stayed in a superior room which has a large king bed TVs with Wi-Fi. Beautiful bathroom. I read of the reviews. Almost all of them were really good. But Summer, one stars because it is on a little alley. That has some bars that apparently there’s noisy at night. I didn’t worry about that on the review because I often put sleep music on and have a little speaker. I will absolutely stay here....

"The hotel is very well located but the rooms are extra small, the bathroom has been the smallest one I have ever seeing since visiting Paris some years ago. If you sit at the toilet and you lean your head a little, you will can hit the wall. I know it sounds funny but the rooms are very, extremely small. Staff was very nice but I didn’t liked the place at all. I personally preferred to pay the cancellation fee and select another hotel once I had to be back at Cusco, location is excellent. "

"Had to wait for 2 days to have heat in the room. No biggie, blankets were very warm. On a not so great note, when we asked for a coffee refill at breakfast we were told that it was one cup only per person…"

"The location is perfect! Easy to find a good restaurant, good cafe, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated but there were many pubs and bars around the hotel. You'll hear the very loud noise until 4-5 am on a weekend night. And If you had bad luck get the room on the 1st floor located near the common area. Another guest will wake you up by a very loud noise by chatting with others since 5 am. However, I love the hotel staff very much. They were so kind, very helpful and super friendly. "

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

A wonderful addition was a sweet rescued baby alpaca on the inner patio in very nice , clean living quarters, living her best baby life! "
