"Wife and I stayed for our anniversary. We received complimentary drinks + dessert, decorations in room and at the restaurant, and generally exceptional hospitality overall. "

"Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We found out, when we showed up, that the room was not what they had described. Given the time of day, we were stuck staying one night there and rented at another hotel for the remainder of our stay. While at the hotel, we had to use the hotel's lobby bathroom because the one in our room didn't fill with water and, thus, couldn't flush. When they refunded our 3 unused nights, they couldn't make the credit card machine to work to reimburse. After negotiating for 1 hour, they accepted my proposal to reimburse in cash, but I had to finance 5% of the total which was the commission they paid to the credit card company (even though it was their machine which didn't work). Unless you REALLY want to rent there and risk the uncertainties, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.... "

"No water in the restroom on our first night. Shower head fell off the second day. Evening staff (front desk) was rude and had a did not want to be bothered mood. Will never return or recommend to anyone"

"The area is ok. It is Miraflores but a bit of distance to the center of it all. However, there are stores and shops around. I highly recommend El Pan de la schools for breakfast which is about 6 blocks away on the same street. The apartment itself is OK. Not old but not new. Not the cleanest. Floor needed a good mopping. As we are used to walking without shoes inside. Kitchen was equipped with the basics. It has a balcony and the view was of rooftops and unfinished buildings rooftops. Not a nice view. Linens were clean. "

"It is a 4 star hotel, but really well done. Everything was efficient, same day laundry service was great, rooms very comfortable, everything works flawlessly, slept very well. The restautant, Trescientos (300) was a fantastic surprise. There are many amazing restaurants close, but I was often pressed for time and ate at 300. Did not disappoint! Had some of my best meals in Peru there. And all of the staff friendly, helpful, accessible. I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it."
