"It is a 4 star hotel, but really well done. Everything was efficient, same day laundry service was great, rooms very comfortable, everything works flawlessly, slept very well. The restautant, Trescientos (300) was a fantastic surprise. There are many amazing restaurants close, but I was often pressed for time and ate at 300. Did not disappoint! Had some of my best meals in Peru there. And all of the staff friendly, helpful, accessible. I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it."

"When I called to check in that said I was book for 1 night not 4 it’s not till I came up there that seen I had 4 nights. The room could be a lot better the walls needed paint and more of everything would have been great towels and toilet paper an American charger next to the bed not the bathroom. That never told us how breakfast works you can only go down there one time and that’s it i’m not multiple times even though it closes at 10. The staff was nice and showed us how to get to places.
