"This hotel is still in the 70’s. No AC. Cracked tiles and stains on the carpets beds linens and curtains. Never again and then the audacity to charge people $200."

"The Bellman, Geronimo, was extremely helpful to us. He was always available to translate for us as we do not speak Spanish. He assisted with communication with food delivery people and uber drivers."

The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The location was also perfect, making everything so convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a truly special experience. We would definitely love to come...

"Great place to stay!"

"Excelente lugar en excelente ubicación! 5/5 estrellas en todo!"

Instead, the windows look out onto a hallway, with the garden visible only beyond it. When the windows are closed, the mirrored glass makes it impossible to see the...

"We loved everything about our stay. It was clean ( house keeping cleaned everyday and brought a bottle of fresh water)and so hospitable! The breakfast was delicious and felt homey and relaxing- a table was set for your party every morning! I would recommend this cozy, comfortable, safe home away from home to anyone wanting to enjoy Mexico City. We loved it!"

"Beautiful space, helpful staff, very good location. Will book again for next visit :)"
