Good hotel but unfortunately the pillows are very hard (RÍGID) and we CANNOT SLEEP WELL. We asked for a change of pillows at reception and they sent us some small ones but equally firm.

La atención del personal terrible, me atendió supuestamente la Gerente Nocturno según de nombre Aura Reyes... así según mencionó ser su nombre sin identificarse... pedí como hace un mes que vine, poder generar mi factura de la reservación, sin embargo se negó a enviarme el link de facturación, argumentando que yo no pagué la Habitación sino Expedia, a lo cual le dije Expedia es una empresa extranjera y no emite CFDI con validés ante el SAT... por lo que me negó dicha facturación. Procederé a denunciar ante el SAT a la Empresa Interindustrias Operadora de Hoteles con RFC: IOH831007542 por negarse a emitir el CFDI del Hospedaje.
