"Beautiful hotel. Pristine inside and out. Staff pleasant to deal with and can easily be contacted via WhatsApp during out of hours. Superior Room big enough for two children and two adults. Quality, solid furniture and a gorgeously fitted kitchen with integrated dish washer and induction hob made it a pleasure to cook during the downtime after exploring. Outdoor terrace is a great bonus to watch the sun set. Reserved parking bays for your rental car in a secured parking lot that’s gated...

"Excellent cost benefit! Room was clean and huge with all features needed. Car park available, location about 7 min by car from city centre. Breakfast was good."

"Esperienza tutto sommato positiva, vista l'organizzazione del titolare del B&B. La nota purtroppo negativa è dovuta alla mancanza di segnalazione che l'ascensore era fuori uso. La camera era fortunatamente solo al primo piano ma avendo io una gamba molto dolorante, è stato difficile trasportare il bagaglio a mano su dalle scale e portarlo giu successivamente al momento del check out."

"The staff did a great job with the Complimentary Breakfast. There was a variety and it was tasty and satisfying. They greeted me every morning --- those at the front desk and those at the breakfast bar. The cleaning staff did their job and they did it professionally. Hotel Cristallo is a two minute walk from train station. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns about this hotel. I will stay here again."
