"Room was nice. Couldn't turn AC off. Miss informed about breakfast and had a steak at lunchtime which was inedible. The hotel is in a great location for travelling on the eurostar. There a nice bar/ restaurant across the road ( go out of the door next to the 3 check in desks) slightly left and cross the road. Lovley staff and food was superb."

Jenny and Sarah at the front desk were especially helpful—they greeted me with genuine smiles, made check-in quick and easy, and were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and taken care of. I also want to mention Angelica at breakfast, who truly brightened my mornings. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was well-stocked and fresh. "We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Belgium for the first time. They upgraded us to a larger room since we have expedia VIP. Highly recommend booking a room looking out the main street side as it’s a pretty nice view. It was a good offer to have two mini bar items per day when not using the room cleaning service. The only thing we didn’t like was the SUPER STRONG perfume scent in the entrance area of the lobby. "
