"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming. Jenny and Sarah at the front desk were especially helpful—they greeted me with genuine smiles, made check-in quick and easy, and were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and taken care of. I also want to mention Angelica at breakfast, who truly brightened my mornings. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was well-stocked and fresh. Her friendly attitude made the start of each day even better. Overall, the staff really made this stay stand out. "This hotel was good value for the price and location was excellent. The room did have a musty smell and they only cleaned once during our five night stay. The self service was relatively easy...but i would have appreciated cleaning at least every other day. Location was excellent. Loved the restaurant across the street...we ate there twice...and we could walk to the Michelin Guide Vietnamese which was also excellent. Near shopping and the metro so easy to get to the train station for the airport. The view was of another building and we did have construction early one morning. That being said, comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers. Little space to hang and put away clothes. Also only C type converter plugs fit so it was okay for my Cpap machine but not so good for my hairdryer which kept overheating. Not sure i would stsy again...but it was decent value. "
