"Did not like being constantly stalked by security and being treated poorly. Traveled up with a large team and they were not very accommodating. Bar and restaurant have very limited hours. AC units in rooms were old and cut in and out constantly and were extremely noisy. Some days our room was not cleaned or towels provided. Our boys were well behaved but often were followed by security. Strange people that didnt seem to work there were constantly watching us. Would not return."

I would recommend allowing some extra time for breakfast, especially when travelling with a family. When we arrived, several of the outlets in our room weren’t working. "Excellent location for visiting old town Montreal. Everything we wanted to do was within easy walking distance. Very helpful staff especially with our 1 am check-in due to a late flight arrival. The room met our needs and the bathroom shower wonderful. The breakfast boxes are a nice treat, but don’t expect to fill up. Fortunately, there are plenty of food options nearby. Parking was also very convenient, but did cost $35/day. Will definitely return for another stay at this hotel."
