"This place is outdated and the rooms are poorly maintained. Room smelled very strong of cigarettes. There were no batteries in the TV remote. Found long curly hair in the sheets of both beds, and in the shower and stuck to the shower curtain. Shower curtain was also badly stained with hair dye. The rooms are not cleaned very well. I even found a switchblade style knife next to the bed, clearly left from a previous guest."

Location is not the best in a way that it is in the middle of an industrial area, and you need a car to go anywhere. Hi way is next to it, and there is a Tim Hortons next door. Would I come back? "If staying here, there is only 1 convenient elevator that returns you to the lobby. The other elevator is on the other side of the hotel and only services room levels, no immediate access to the lobby. The elevators are small and slow."

"It was a decent stay where the price was accurate and reasonable. Only stayed one night and the room was clean. The staff were accommodating. We ordered breakfast but found it overpriced to the amount of food received. But then again it’s food ordered at a hotel but something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a decent stay."

"Very dirty place. My bed had a bunch of long hair. In the dresser someone left their socks no one bothered to remove. Shower drain was clogged I had to stand in a pool of gross water. Big cracks under the door you will hear everything all night as people walking by, slamming doors… room has no air conditioning therefore it was very hot. The manager of the hotel was very nice but managing cleanliness is a huge flaw."

"We were received by Yann at the front desk at midnight exhausted from travel and he welcomed us and took care of us. The building is immaculate, it is quiet, and it is comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We had a perfect stay and will definitely be back."

"I booked for 3 nights. I was given room 407. It was very noisy. There was a lot of banging of doors in the night. The doors are heavy and make a noise when they shut. The floors are wooden and noisy when other travellers are about. I complained and was transferred to room 207, which was better.
