My best experience at Montreal is staying here. Very spacious and clean, and easy to get into downtown, with metro being less than 5 minutes walk away. Host was super helpful as well, helped me make phone calls and gave me feedback on WhatsApp on time. Only caveat was that the the building is old. When people were walking downstairs in the hallway, it sounded as if he was walking in my hallway, which scared me a few times.

I was expecting a standard hotel situation. Didn't realize it was more like a B and B. The included breakfast was pretty sparse and fix it yourself. The 3 flights of stairs was a challenge with my dependence on a walker. I realize I should have done a little more research before booking.

I only stayed with my family for one night at this place. Overall, this place was clean and big enough rooms and kitchen. It is a tight neighborhood so parking is a problem but the owner has connected us with another neighbor to arrange for a $15/night parking. The house itself is pretty old but the beds, hall and bathrooms were clean. It is very close to the path trains.

Fantastic Very charming, very clean, friendly staff, and very well located. We had an event at the Olympic Stadium, which was a 5-minute walk — literally across the street. That is also where you find the entrance to the Pie-IX metro station.

L’arrivée autonome est vraiment super, communication par courriel, tout a bien été. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. En general l’appartement était propre sauf peut être les tapis sous le lit et à l’entrée et le divan futon avait des taches louches. Sinon belle emplacement près du métro, quartier calme. Je recommande.

Great spot to stay. The only fault was the AC was cold in the kitchen but the rest of the apartment was quite warm even at night. Otherwise great. Parked at the neighbours house, he was easy to work with.

I enjoyed my stay at this place. I got the low floor studio. It is spacious, clean and quiet. However, you can certainly hear the guests upstairs at times. The neighborhood is peaceful and suitable for walking. If you are planning on visiting the Biodome and the Botanical garden, this place is the one. It has all the ammenities that one could need. My only ask would be having water bottles available.

We enjoyed that the kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes and utensils and that the rooms were very clean and tidy. There is zero sound proofing, however, and the floors are incredibly creaky just as a warning!
