"Average hotel, few broke down vehicles in the lot, looks like they've been sitting for awhile(hotel vans). Staff behind desk were friendly. Staff on phone are not. No complementary breakfast. Short drive from Mall of America. About all i have to say."

"It would really appreciated if the rooms had a microwave in order to heat up left-overs. Also, I thought the rooms had an iron and ironing board but I could not find one. These are amenities which would be appreciated by the guests."

"Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, all of the employees were awesome! Special thank you to the front desk staff and Troy from room service for their care and compassion! Spring Break 2026 trip was pretty cool. "

"Good basic hotel. Clean and staff was very nice. They only have a continental breakfast. I am not much of a breakfast person so not a big deal for me but I assume others may want more. You get what you pay for and I thought we got a good deal. Just needed a place to shower and sleep while visiting family. We would stay again. "

"I left very early, before breakfast. The shuttle driver was very nice. The shuttle runs every half hour 24-hours per day. "
