Liked: Cleanliness
The hotel was nice & clean. However when I arrived my hotel door was left wide open and the toilet was stuffed full of toilet paper. And then my mom went to sit on a chair and the leg was broken causing her fall hard leaving a huge purple bruise on her leg the next day. I left the front desk staff know and she was sweet but never offered any sort of discount.

We’ve stayed here several times now when visiting relatives in Eagan. It is conveniently located. Our only complaint was the seemingly new fee of $15 a night to park our rental car on the parking lot. T he at was a new one to us. Loved the mini pretzel rolls on the breakfast menu!

Our stay was great. Room was spacious and perfect for my family. Staff were very friendly. Minor inconveniences they vacuumed the hallway outside our room at 8am which woke us up and only had one working elevator so longer wait times. Neither a huge deal but minor things.
