Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "

However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
