Location was great, just one street away from the main shopping street. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and walking distance to Southbank. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was decent size and we had a comfortable stay.
Great central location with underground parking and EV chargers right across the road. Buffet breakfast beat our expectations. The only downside was a noisy room with the sound of other guests and plumbing keeping us awake. We'll be back if we can have a quieter room.
We enjoyed all aspects of the accommodation, from being centrally located, very comfortable room, regularly serviced. The bar and restaurant in site was very good. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the staff at breakfast were very helpful. would like to see bottle water offered .
Great location for price for a room. Staff lovely and helpful. Foyer beautiful, rooms clean but needs some maintenance but nothing that ruined our stay.
Dirty room, smelly and run down old hotel. Dark room (no sunlight, only the view of an old building next door). Very noisy, slamming doors half the night. White splashes of something on the walls next to the bed.
Bed was comfy and staff pleasant. Over priced for what we got and wouldn’t stay again
Easy and friendly check in and check out. The hallway on the floor we were on smelled a bit damp, but the room didn’t. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. Bathroom quite small given there were 4 of us - probably not the best room for 4 people. Breakfast was excellent; options to cover everyone, very attentive staff and good food. The kids enjoyed the rooftop pool and the complimentary pool towels was helpful. Great spot to enjoy some sun and downtime. Location was super handy and we would definitely stay again.
