"Great value, I’d stay there again!!"

"There was a hot tub!?! "

"STOP!!!! The room was not ready at 8:55pm local time, and numerous people had come in and cancelled. I booked thru Expedia so if I cancelled I would lose one night. Many tired travellers came in and cancelled while I waited for my room to be cleaned. Once in the room the floor had not been cleaned. Also, they said they do something for me and I ended up paying a higher price than my booking. I did not receive any discount after being told that I would. Hundreds of hotel stays over the years and I’ve never had a room not ready. Once you are told the manager will do something and nothing is done, that is not right. I will not return and could not recommend this hotel. "

"No ocean view"

"This property is absolutely beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are great size not as small as most hotel rooms. The location of the pool, breakfast, fitness room and things was conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. My only complaint was the remote wasn't user friendly and there wasn't many options for the television. I definitely give this hotel 5 stars 🌟 "

"Nice stay. Lacking Hilton attention to detail when it comes to room readiness. Missing soap in the bathroom, Kleenex, paper cups are not wrapped in plastic… this is just unsanitary. I had to call for an iron. "

"Pros: Extremely comfortable bed. Pool and hot tub. 5 minute walk from the train and bus station with a free shuttle that also goes there and to the airport. Cons: Small and somewhat disappointing gym no free weights). Breakfast restaurant is basic and somewhat overpriced. There is noise when the air conditioner turns on and off which makes it difficult for a light sleeper. "

"Very adequate, vintage feel hotel. Room was spacious, like you were staying in Aunt Rose's spare room upstairs in a huge Victorian. Staff was very friendly, bed was clean and comfortable. Only downside was how low the toilet was and the very narrow staircase and 43 stairs it took to get to the third floor. But I would stay there again for the value!"

"The neighbors in the next room over were extremely loud and kept my children and I up all night long. We checked out by 6am from lack of sleep. There was also a dog in a room on the third floor the barked continuously all night at every noise. I have stayed here since 2022 numerous times a year and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!! "
