Very nice staff. Grocery store directly beside hotel. Bus stop close. Marienplatz is 20 min walk. Christmas markets nice with great food and handmade ornaments. I’ve stayed at this property 4 times. Great location that’s quiet and safe. Nice size rooms. Hotel breakfast is good, buffet style with too many items to list.
Great room on two Levels. Well equipped kitchen free mini bar with beer and water. Very comfortable and spacious

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Room was outdated, it was nice that it had a fridge, microwave and stove along with utensils, plates and pots if needed. There is a small grocery store next door which made it convenient.
Close to little grocery store and restaurants. Easy walk to Oktoberfest and close to bus stops. Had water and Oktoberfest cookies in the lobby. The bathtub was very high, hard to get into.
Room was comfortable with clean bathroom, crisp white sheets and a mini kitchen fully equipped.

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was very clean. Staff was friendly enough at reception and cleaners were extremely friendly.
No daily cleaning as advertised, only weekly.
Property is not soundproof as advertised, room was very noisy.
For taller people who bathe the bathtubs are lie down able
Staff is helpful and courteous
Will definitely be back this is my 3rd time and 4th with the deranged group
Thank you

Great hotel, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Wish there were more dining options available close by, especially on Sundays. The bus stops are close by if using pubic transportation.
Great place! They have an excellent breakfast and are close Oktoberfest, the train station, and the beautiful Isar River. Great for a quick stay!

This was a wonderful location and a great hotel. We did have some issues with our room, but the staff was very responsive and we felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Munich.
The staff is efficient, kimd and capable

Will definitely be back,
If you are a bath taker
The tub is perfection and long enough for taller people
Munich is a beautiful city, and the hotel is in a lovely place. In a very nice neighborhood, a few meters away from Isar river and very close to the old town. The hotel is ver nice and really enjoyed our stay there.
