Ubahn, bus stop, and tram station right next to hotel. Only 4 stops to Hauptbahnhof. Great breakfast. Typical ibis hotel with small rooms but perfect for one person. Two a bit tight but works

Barely average accommodations

It was satisfactory even though there was only 2 pillows on the bed. The housekeeping barged into the room advising checkout was at 12, 2 hours early…we were still in the bed reading. Lobby area was very nice, checkin staff was very nice. However, one overnight staff acted like he was put out when we asked for a drink from the bar…only 1 person working the lobby and bar. We were the only 2 people in the bar area. Other than that is was adequate.

My main complaint, shared by the others in our group, no AC in the month of September during Oktoberfest. They intentionally turn it off. It was hot and uncomfortable and we were told to just open the window. Which did not help, but made it extremely noisy in the room with parting outside and night and street noise at daylight. The staff at check in were nice, the breakfast good, the rooms large and comfortable if it not so warm. Train station close. Price reasonable. I would not stay here again, because I can not sleep when it’s hot in the room. My only filters are WI-FI and temperature control. They should change to advertising only Summer temperature control.

Standard Ibis hotel

Classic Ibis Hotel similar to many others of the same chain. The position is very convenient and next to the U-Bahn station. At the end nothing to complain, just the room cleaning could be a bit better. By the way, I suggest it and I will overnight there again.
