Staff was extra-helpful and anxious to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location near the Tiergarten is charming (though one must understand that the center city isa a U-Bahn ride away) A very nice experience.

I don’t understand the bad reviews! I had a small room but it was just me and it was all that I needed. The breakfast was great for something that’s complimentary. Would stay here again. Don’t stay here if you expect to stay in a generic modern hotel, this one has character and charm :)

Great stay with kids

Booked a couple of hours before we arrived. Really clean room and comfortable beds, although one was quite hard for us. Breakfast excellent. Great for one night or if staying longer with children. Very quiet.

Stay away!!! RUN!! Do not book!

We stayed for 3 nights. Room for family with 5 people is very cramped. No closet space to store luggage. With luggage on the floor there is no walking space. Tripping hazard. The beds felt like cots. You can feel the spring in the mattress. The mattress is so thin.Pillows are flat blanket like. Good luck if you’re looking for a fluffy pillow. No place to dry your towel. Hangers are recycled from department store so try hanging your damp towel on it. Bent the hanger... Bathroom is very small. No hooks in bathroom to hang towel or clothes while you shower!!! How hard is it to add few hooks on a wall?? Heavy duty command hooks?? Found stink bug in the bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Far from public transportation. Not easy to get to. DON’T book here. You’ll regret it. Friendly staff but that doesn’t make up for all the other inconveniences. Wifi sucks, no manager on property after 6/7PM. Good luck getting towels or anything after hours. Place needs a wrecking ball and start over. When I complained about the check in the owner gaslit me and said we made noise other guest couldn’t sleep in the meantime we only went to the hotel to shower and sleep. We left each day at 5. The stairs creak not my fault. I want to cry.

Sufficient hotel

The room for 4 people is not very big, but enough to be comfortable, the bathroom very small, but for what we needed it is sufficient. Breakfast very basic.

Hote Galleria is an old hotel with plenty of charm. I got started off on the wrong foot when they wouldn’t let me cancel my reservations about 6 weeks out. So I changed my entire itenerary to not lose $176. Friendly staff. Comfy clean beds. No AC and the shower was a bit frustrating. Nice breakfast in the morning. Helpful recommendations. Close to the zoo and a great Biergarten.

This is a bed, a shower, and a bathroom (granted the toilet doesn't seem to flush). The owners are very nice but it lists things that are not true. The main issue here is they say "English". No. Cannot even list "familiar with English". The rooms are dated - very dated - and the decor makes no sense. It's Germany so why is the room covering done in cheap Pacific island scenery? Like I said there are no bells and whistles. But that is what I wanted so there was never a reason to stay in the room. We were out by 6-8 AM and back around 10pm every night. It was a place to sleep. That is all you should expect.

Albergo piccolo in buona posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Parcheggio in hotel gratuito. Camera silenziosa, letto confortevole ma arredata con approssimazione e bagno piccolissimo, con ruggine su porta della doccia e caloriferi. Prima colazione a buffet scarso, con prodotti preconfezionati. Ma soprattutto è assurdo che a fine pasto tu sia obbligato a sparecchiare. Ho visto la proprietaria richiamare un signore perché aveva dimenticato un bicchiere sul tavolo e gliel’ha fatto portare via.

Um 10:30 ist Checkout und schon 5 minuten davor wird man unfreundlich aus dem Zimmer gejagt. Ich habe auf einer Party jemanden kennengelernt, der mich spontan noch zum Hotel begleitet hat. Als ich den Schlüssel abgegeben habe gab es kein Guten morgen oder irgendwas. Ich wurde direkt damit konfrontiert, dass es hier Kameras gibt und man sehen konnte, dass ich um 3 Uhr nachts nicht alleine nach Hause gekommen bin und mir wurde direkt die Rechnung hingelegt mit einer Preiserhöhung von 20€. Das Zimmer ist okay, wenn man etwas nur zum übernachten braucht, aber mehr auch nicht.

Hotel für ein oder zwei Nächte ok. wenn man damit leben kann, dass das Zimmer nicht ganz sauber. Das Bad war ohne Heizung und Fenster und hatte in der Dusche Schimmel und vor allen Dingen war kein Shampoo vorhanden. Der Preis war für Münchner Verhältnisse günstig. Zum Frühstück gab es eine kleine Auswahl aber nur Aufbackbrötchen und man musste selber den Tisch decken und abräumen. Der O-Saft war mit Wasser gestreckt.

Ombygget villa, gratis parkering

Gammel villa ombygget til hotel. Ingen elevator. Meget små værelser og mikro badeværelse. Dog rent og pænt og meget venlig dame i receptionen. Vi havde booket 2 overnatninger, men rejste efter 1 og prøvede ikke morgenmaden. Den gratis parkering var fin.

Die Bilder auf der Internetseite vom Hotel sind zwar sehr schön aber haben mit dem Hotel nichts gemeinsames! Mein Zimmer war winzig ( obwohl Doppelzimmer gebucht) und der Teppichboden war sehr schmutzig. Der schmutziger Hoteleingang war auch ein Schock. Kein persönliche Empfang und auch keine Ausweiskontrolle. Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht sauber und entspricht somit nicht den Hygienestandarts! Sehr enttäuscht!

Ich war für 2 Übernachtungen geschäftlich in München. Daher war mir nur ein Platz zum Schlafen und Frühstück wichtig. Insgesamt habe ich für den Preis entsprechende Leistung erhalten. Zimmer lag zur Straße hin, daher laute Geräuschkulisse bei geöffnetem Fenster. Wände benötigen im Zimmer einen frischen Anstrich, die Einrichtung ist praktisch, aber recht alt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch. Das Bad wurde 1x gereinigt. Frühstück ausreichend, Qualität der Lebensmittel wie der Übernachtungspreis, im unteren Preisniveau. Im Grunde, wie erwartet - nur nicht die schmutzigen Wände im Zimmer

Belle immeuble d'époque. Qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. Bien placé. Pas loin du métro. La fête de la bière à fait grimper les prix pour la qualité de la chambre
