Service, food, and room condition were all excellent. Staff was accommodating to English speaking tourists and were helpful. Restaurant was top notch and some of the best I had in Germany.

Wonderful hôtel

Superb hotel with great Restaurant. 12mn on foot from the train Station and 20mn away from Marienplatz after that. Service was great was every staff very friendly and willing to help. Thank you!

Overall great experience. Walkable to train station. Short trip to downtown Munich. Great little biergarten in back with a nice menu. Breakfast is great. Service is kind and helpful.

We ended upbat the Alter Hof after a snow storm shut down the airport nd hotelrooms within 20 miles of the airport were rare. The staff held our reservation while we tackled the transportation challenges brought on by the storm. The restaurant staff was also friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

Beautiful hotel with restaurant with parking and very close to the Munich messe. Basic breakfast but more than what normally needed. We will come back for sure

I came for Oktoberfest and wanted a nicer option than the downtown Munich hotels would offer. It was a nice suburb close to the train with dining options, recreation, and a very nice staff. I made poor attempts at speaking German during my stay but they were very patient and accommodating. I rented a car, which I easily parked in an adjacent lot. While it lacks a permanently staffed from desk, I didn’t mind as I arrived during normal business hours.

Der angeschlossene Biergarten hat leckeres Essen zum Mittags- und Abendtisch. Frühstück war einfach, aber alles da. Lediglich die aufgebackenen Brötchen haben einen Abzug verdient. Da hätten in der Woche ruhig frische Brötchen sein können. Personal sehr freundlich und zugewandt

Lugnt och skönt område. Lätt att hitta. Goda parkeringsmöjligheter. Väldigt god mat på restaurangen. Trevlig personal. Minus blir att det inte framkom att det kostade att stå i garaget, de kunde rekommenderat att boka bord till middagen i restaurangen, vore även bra med bord på uteplatsen.
