Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant. There was however, no tea or coffee making facility in our room. However as we were there for the Oktoberfest, that wasn't really important. The hotel is approximately 1 km and a 15 to 20 minutes from Moosfeld U-Bahn station and initially with the aid of google maps we found our way. I would recommend the use of an electric scooter for the journey there and back. But do not have too many beers before doing this!

The room was on the 2nd floor which was clean and neat and new. The room itself was Spacious and well laid out. The reception and everything else on the 3rd floor was substandard. My room was very cold. It goes minus here. Was a decent price via Expedia but the temp in the room was too much.

The hotel does not look like it does on the pictures. The whole building seems to be under construction. There was construction material and debris in the elevator and hallways. In addition, I paid $217 dollars per night, for two nights, for a total of $438. I paid almost 3 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, and saw the poor condition of it, I searched for hotels in the area. And I found that the same type of room I was staying in, same hotel, was being offered for $99, while I had paid $217 for it.. When we called the property to complain, we were told there was nothing they could do about it. There was not convenient transportation to the tourist areas.

Tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service! Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das stets hilfsbereit war. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – komme gerne wieder! Ich war für ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Bar hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Super praktisch, wenn man abends noch etwas trinken möchte oder spät ankommt. Das Frühstück hat mir auch gut gefallen: Es gab eine echt gute Auswahl. Da war wirklich für jeden was dabei. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, was ich sehr angenehm fand, gerade wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, macht das vieles einfacher. Besonders loben möchte ich die Rezeption: Immer besetzt, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hatte sofort das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

An sich sind die Hotelzimmer sehr sauber und groß, das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der Messe. Das Hotel selber ist jedoch noch um Umbau, heißt also, der Eingangsbereich sieht dementsprechend aus und die erste Etage ist noch unfertig. Demnach befindet sich die Rezeption zur Zeit auf der dritten Etage, da wo das Hostel ist. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das Hotel noch viel Potenzial hat, sobald es fertig ist mit den Renovierungsarbeiten. Uns war ein sauberes Zimmer in erster Linie am wichtigsten und das haben wir auch so bekommen.
