"We were on the 38th floor. So I assume it’s an upgrade. The room was spacious and with a half bath and a full bath in addition a sitting area. The room is clean but the bathrooms are not updated to give you a luxury feel. The location is convenient especially if you are going to join day tours."

"English speaking staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast. Elevator is a bit slow."

"Nice"

"Positives: Convenient location Polite and very helpful staff Great fitness center, pool, and spa Good room service Clean room with soft pillows and comfortable mattress Negatives: TV has only a few English channels and no streaming Use of swimming pool requires swimming cap which is available only on purchase"

"Everything is great 👍"

"Very clean and nice river view from my room."

"Good view. "

"Perfect location steps away from the beach! Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay there again!"

"Old hotel but very nice service & hotspring"
