"The room was beautiful, as always. The breakfast at George was delicious, great service as well. I was confused as to why the bar situation changed this visit. I went down to get a drink to bring up to our room on Saturday night and we had to wait in a line and couldn't just stand around the bar and order a drink. I hadn't experienced that during my last visit there and I decided to just get a drink at Shucker's instead. "

"The room was very clean! My view was awesome. Had bay window seats with views of the market and water. The manager was very professional as well as the other staff. Have a 5th floor patio area where you get even more views of the market and water. They light up the fire pits during colder seasons so you can hangout too. The hotel is literally steps away from the market. Easy access to train station too. Would highly recommend if you are willing to pay a little more for the location and views. "

"Finley at check-in was fabulous!!! She recommended the last 2 spots for a free wine blending event that day at 4pm & it worked perfectly into our plans so we accepted. It ended up being the highlight of our stay!! Justin at the wine blending event was absolutely delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. He even ran into us at breakfast the next morning and had a nice chat. The decor, the rooms, the food, the wine and the staff were all fantastic!! I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!...

"As always with any of the Four seasons properties, staffs were exceptionally friendly. I had dinner at the Goldfinch Tavern on the 1st floor, and it was amazing. The room was spacious and the shower was great. I wish the pool was a bit bigger, but overall, lived up to the expectation."
