"Room was spacious and clean. It is located on a hill, so if you plan on walking, be prepared. Check in was fast and the employee was very nice to walk us to the elevator and showed us how the keycards worked with the elevators. It was a short walk to Pioneer Square and Pike Place, and conveniently located by the light rail station."

"The customer service was amazing. They even remembered my name. Also enjoyed the Craft Beer hour. I wish I could have stayed longer since the service was so nice and the bed was very comfortable. I fell asleep almost instantly. Fun vibe! If I need to stay in Seattle overnight/over the weekend again, I know where I'm staying."

"I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It was always fine. But this time something was amiss. It seemed more run-down, gloomier. Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry."

"The entire experience from check-in, getting used to the room, and even ordering food was great. The stay was as one should expect.
Housekeeping was a little sassy, but not something to harp over. The only caution I'd recommend is to order within an hour of the kitchen closing. Once 9PM hits, don't order. There are plenty of budget-friendly options around the neighborhood. "

That should have been included in the cost of the hotel when I booked.
Hotel was close to all things I wanted to see-very walkable, which I really enjoyed.
Limited selection in the hotel restaurant, but good for my first night after travelling."
