"The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean and spacious. We had a great view of the city. The staff were friendly. We will definitely stay here again."
"Very near to Climate Pledge. Stayed many times. All in all this stay was a bit disappointing considering the price we paid plus parking. Room with a queen bed on the small side, facing buildings but bay in background. This was $340.+ for one night. Staff was accommodating. However when we returned from the event at Climate Pledge we found our hotel room door open. Gave us a real scare. Amazingly not a thing was missing. We shut the door and it proceeded to reopen on its own. Stayed shut with deadbolt. Management didn’t offer any explanation. The door, by Washington State safety standards has to be self closing. Concerning."
"We had a great room and very friendly helpful staff.
Biggest difficulty was their two broken down elevators. We were literally stuck inside of one for 5-10 minutes and the other never was fixed during our whole stay. A real safety issue that needs to be addressed by the Hotel Owner/Property Manager. Made for an awful situation regarding our baggage to/from the room and an overcrowded single elevator for the rest of the stay.
Wish there was an option for coffee in the room rather than an early morning, single server machine but still grateful for the coffee.
With all that said, still a nice hotel to stay."
"Great location. Walking distance to tourist spots and port. Sheraton is Sheraton don’t get me wrong. Everything is expanse, but we did good for clean room because it didn’t feel like 5 star or I may be getting old and picky. Great place to stay all together."
