"Checkin was a ridiculous wait with only 1 clerk available to check in regular guests- ones without priority. Had dinner at the Marina Kitchen. The service was slow. My cocktail was not made or served correct. The food runner asked my husband if he wanted ketchup and my husband replied, “yes, please”, but he never brought ketchup and the waitress never returned to see if our food was okay or if we needed anything. Additionally I didn’t find the restaurant very clean and had almost a cafeteria or pizza place vibe. We stayed in a delux king room with a balcony which was overall fine but the balcony was so small it was barely usable and the bathroom was literally smaller than our bathroom in our 22’ camping trailer. The selection of drinks in the gift shop was horrible, same with all the Pepsi products in the restaurant. We stayed for a concert at Radys Shell, which was a super short walk- fantastic, meanwhile it’s 75/ night to valet park!"

"I was expecting a beautiful dream vacation based on the marketing and reviews. I usually stay at a chain hotel, i thought I would give the Dana a try hoping for a new perspective. Wrong! It was not as nice as advertised from introduction of the process by the most unengaging receptionist not giving any reason to be excited. Offered an upgrade right off should have been a big hint of the room expectations Sad to say I have not found that place yet that is not a chain...back to the upscale they are really upscale or at least honest about the low rate experience"

"This hotel is awful. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights. I barely got through one. My room smelled like it had mold. The carpet was cold which made me think it was wet. I got a headache after being in there for a half hour. The stench in the room permeated everything. The sheets. The towels. So gross. I left the next morning. Checked out early. The manager didn’t even try to accommodate me by asking if I wanted to move rooms or offer any kind of help. Just said okay and verified what time I was leaving. Never again. "

"I planned a weekend trip for our anniversary and chose this hotel based on a Google search, but I am extremely unhappy with the experience and will NOT recommend it. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that parking was not included. They charge $50 per night, along with extra fees not clearly shown on their website. While I paid it, this was just the start of the issues. The main problems were with the room (1143) Broken Toilet: The toilet would not flush. While maintenance came to fix it, the toilet made a constant, loud refilling noise for the entire night, which made sleeping impossible. Poor Shower Drainage: The shower did not drain properly, leaving me standing in a puddle of water while showering. We expected a nice anniversary getaway, but this was stressful, uncomfortable and not hygienic at all. The reason I’m writing this is because I don’t want anyone to go through this bad experience. I hope they don’t assign anyone to this room. Thank you, Mrs. Lopez"

"Overall the room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in early with no issues which was nice. Room was decently clean, just a few things I noticed that I feel like would have elevated the experience, like the lamps and decor were dusty."

"Rooms were clean, challenging to get to our building as sometimes the cut through the pool area and sometimes they were locked. No coffee maker or coffee in the room which ar $350 per night we should have had that."
