Felix impressed us with his friendly professionalism and genuine care, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Anand and Francisco added to the magic with their wonderful hospitality — whether it was at meals or around the resort, they made us feel completely at home while still delivering five-star service. We were also deeply touched by Mai and Ita, who added so many thoughtful personal touches to help us celebrate our anniversary — from beautifully arranged surprises to heartfelt gestures that made us feel truly special. Their kindness and enthusiasm made our experience even more memorable. Every detail, from the stunning villa to the delicious food and the immaculate beach, was perfect. He and his team arranged a stunning private dinner setup and helped us book an incredible professional photographer. We ended up purchasing two albums because we simply couldn’t choose from all the amazing photos. This place gave us the perfect balance of peace and adventure.
