"I reserved a non smoking room. Instead I got a room full of smoke. All of my clothes smelled like smoke. My clothes in my suitcase smelled like smoke. The bedding smelled like smoke. I walked on the floor with my white socks and when I took them off. They were black from not cleaning the floors. They were doing construction and had dust and debris in front and next to my door. Not a good place to stay."

I am afraid to stay at another Holiday Inn. Went to front desk to complain but a bus load of students had just come in. I went back to my room and just used my laptop."
