"I believe his name was Jeremy. He was a great help with things in the area."

"The breakfast was ok. Not much variety and some weird choices. When you are staying there for several nights, breakfast is the same every morning."

"Loved our stay! Top notch service all around. Bar and food = excellent!"

"We enjoyed our stay, rooms are clean and the shower was great! We really like the Spark ! Definitely recommend!"

"Very helpful staff"

"As before, the stay at The Guest House was comfortable, quiet, clean, and the hotel staff were superb. I come to Lexington frequently to UK Medical Center for cardiac care. The hotel is close by to the facility and easy to access all parts of Lexington. I’ll be staying with them each time I must spend overnight there."

"I will stay again the next time I'm in town. Clean, good selection of snacks, easy to find."

"This is a great place! The staff are helpful and efficient. The units are clean, comfortable and quiet. It is located close to convenient amenities. The proximity to downtown, the airport and highways makes it very easy conduct business."

"Breakfast was no great coffee awful. Place could use a makeover but clean. Staff at front desk was great."

"When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...

"We would definitely return. The beds are comfortable and hotel located in a quiet area."

"Great for an overnight stay."

"Nicely located close to UK hospital."
