"Loved this hotel. Everyone was extremely nice. It truly has a vacation vibe to it."

"There was mold in the fridge. When they changed our mini fridge there was still mold in the new one. Housekeeping threw away our souvenirs that were in paper bags on the floor even when we told them we did not want cleaning. We contacted front desk on the day of our check-out and have yet to hear about our missing stuff. No compensation was given and they said they would call back, but never did. The hotel phone number does not even work. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had."

"The room had clearly had a damp problem, and smelt of damp (I did pass this on). The chair in the room was filthy (I did mention this) - and I'd rather just not of had a chair in the room (I also mentioned that). The bedding and towels appeared clean, which was at least a positive. I left two days earlier than planned."

"We were going to the BTS concert I had to check in earlier. Although we couldn’t check in, they kept our baggage. We didn’t have to wait to collect than five minutes when we came back. It was easy. We got our keys and went up to our room. The only complaint I had was we had a sweet and we needed bedding for the pullout couch. I took an hour for them to bring that and when they did, they forgot the sheets.."

"Deberían darle un poco mas de limpieza a los pisos llegamos con niños y en el baño habia cabello en el piso y unos cuantos cabellos dentro de la tina La tv queríamos ver y lastimosamente no servía también deberían mejorar eso El personal atento el aire todo bien el parqueo puedes parquearte donde quieras no hay restricciones"
